Tactical Armor Group Terms of Sale/Warranty

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within the state of Georgia or picked up at our manufacturing location will be charged and have withheld a 7% sales tax. Sales tax for orders shipped outside the state of Georgia is not charged or withheld and is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Placing an Order

An order is not complete until we notify you of the shipping cost and the cost of any customizations (e.g., custom paint color). We will send you this notification as soon as we can. Then, two business days prior to starting production, we will send you an invoice. At that time we require payment in full. You may make the payment by credit card or personal check, or other payment method that is mutually acceptable. If a personal check, we reserve the right to hold the order up to 10 business days for the check to clear.

Shipment

All shipments from Tactical Armor Group are F.O.B. and are the property of the customer once it leaves the company’s dock. Shipping damage must be reported to your local UPS office or delivering freight company within 48 hours of delivery for a claim for replacement to be accepted. If you experience a problem with the freight company handling your damage claim, please contact one of our customer service representatives at (770) 947-0190, or send an e-mail to customerservice@tacticalarmorgroup.com for immediate assistance. 

Warranty

Tactical Armor Group, Inc. products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against faulty materials or workmanship. Normal usage requirements apply. All affected parts must be returned to the factory prepaid - with full credit issued for those parts found to be defective. Warranty replacement parts will be shipped from the factory prepaid. There are no warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability or a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose extending beyond that set forth above.

Warranty Returns

Warranty claims will cover replacement or repair of the parts only and will not cover damages or shipping charges. If you have a warranty question, please call one of our customer service representatives at (770) 947-0190 or send an e-mail to customerservice@tacticalarmorgroup.com for further warranty instructions. Before returning any parts, contact a customer service representative to request an (RAN) Return Authorization Number. This RAN should be placed on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice and returned to the "Merchandise Return Address" shown below. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid.
